Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guests' preferences
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation
- Attend to guests' needs and requests throughout their dining experience
- Ensure tables are clean and presentable at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with setting up tables for reservations or special events

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant
- Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
- Ability to memorize menu items, specials, and ingredients
- Strong communication skills in English (additional language is an asset)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
