Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitor activity
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training and support as needed
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote company products
- Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with others
- Willingness to travel for business purposes

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this part-time position. This role does not include accommodation, therefore we prefer candidates who already reside in Alta or are willing to relocate at their own expense. Additionally, candidates must have a valid biometric passport for business travel purposes.
