Female Barber

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Female Barber to join our team in Alta. As a Female Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our female clients. You must have excellent technical skills in cutting, styling, and coloring hair, as well as strong communication and customer service skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide haircuts and grooming services to female clients
- Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences
- Recommend appropriate hairstyles based on face shape, hair type, and lifestyle
- Cut, trim, and style hair using various techniques
- Color, highlight, or dye hair according to client's request
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools and salon space
- Upsell salon products to clients
- Build rapport with clients and ensure their satisfaction with services provided

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Female Barber or Hairstylist (at least 2 years)
- Excellent technical skills in cutting, styling, and coloring hair
- Strong knowledge of current trends in women's hairstyles and grooming techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality services
- Valid barber/cosmetology license
