Experienced Crane Operator in Bayan, Kenya

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Bayan, Kenya. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials on construction sites or in industrial settings. You must have at least 2 years of experience operating cranes and be proficient in reading and interpreting load charts. A valid crane operator's license and safety training certification are also required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Perform pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality
- Read and interpret load charts to determine proper lifting techniques and capacities
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
- Maintain crane equipment by performing routine maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating cranes in construction or industrial settings
- Valid crane operator's license issued by relevant authorities in Kenya
- Safety training certification from recognized institutions
- Ability to read and interpret load charts accurately
- Good communication skills with fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights if necessary
