We are hiring a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. You will use your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and close deals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to clients
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sales agreements
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in B2B sales is preferred
- Knowledge of the sales process and techniques
- Fluency in Norwegian is required; fluency in English is a plus
