Job Title: Office Manager
Our growing company is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Alta, Norway. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. This is a part-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all administrative tasks, including organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
- Create and implement efficient office policies and procedures
- Monitor and manage office budget and expenses
- Hire, train, and supervise administrative staff
- Act as the main point of contact for all internal and external communications
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
- Assist with special projects or events as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English (Norwegian proficiency is a plus)
- Must have own visa/work permit for Norway
