Office Manager - Entry Level

We are currently hiring for an Entry Level Office Manager to join our team in Alta. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone looking to gain experience in the field of office management.

As an Entry Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all administrative tasks within the office. This includes managing schedules, organizing meetings and events, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. You will also assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have basic knowledge of accounting principles. Prior experience as an office assistant or similar role is preferred but not required.

This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1100 per month. We offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Alta.
