Waiter/Waitress


We are currently seeking a friendly and experienced waiter/waitress to join our restaurant team in Mecca. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to make recommendations to customers
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service and a clean dining environment
- Assist with setting up tables and decorations for special events or parties
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic (preferred) and English
- Friendly demeanor with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
