Hotel Sales Manager



Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Alta, Norway. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing occupancy rates. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Identify new sales opportunities and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other methods
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other key partners
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and packages
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue, and market trends for management review
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the hotel and network with potential clients

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for client meetings or events

Salary: $1000 per month (part-time), with potential for full-time employment.
