Mason Supervisor


We are looking for a skilled Mason Supervisor to join our team in Sheduva. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons to ensure the timely completion of construction projects. You will also be responsible for ensuring high quality workmanship and adherence to safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of masons
- Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of projects
- Train and mentor new masons
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor progress and report any issues or delays to management
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance
- Communicate with clients and address any concerns or requests

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Valid biometric passport (preferably Indian nationality)
- Physically fit to perform manual labor on construction sites

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month, based on experience and qualifications.

Location:
This position is based in Sheduva, without accommodation provided. However, we can assist with finding suitable housing options.
