Construction Manager


A leading construction company in Bayan is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project success
- Manage the procurement process for materials and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using project management software

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month along with benefits such as health insurance, annual leave, and performance bonuses.

This is a full-time position suitable for men who are passionate about construction. The candidate must have their own visa as our company does not provide visa sponsorship. Accommodation will not be provided.
