Construction Manager - Bayan, Egypt or Nepal


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Manager to join our dynamic team in Bayan, Egypt or Nepal. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to implementation and completion. Your role will involve coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines in collaboration with architects and engineers
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Manage project budget and resources effectively
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or issues that arise
- Identify potential risks or delays in projects and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Ensure all legal requirements and building codes are met throughout the construction process
- Oversee the hiring of contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel as needed for the project
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, progress reports, and other relevant documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership skills

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Bayan (with option for accommodation)
Visa sponsorship provided for candidates outside of Egypt or Nepal.
