The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. They will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of quality and service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management and a passion for the food industry. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer service
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor food quality and service standards to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee inventory control to minimize waste and reduce costs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant

Requirements:
- Minimum 12th grade education or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management preferred but not required
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
$1400 per month (tax-free)
