Seasonal Executive Chef
We are hiring an experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team for a seasonal position in Remish. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes, as well as excellent leadership and organizational skills.
As a Seasonal Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests. You will also be responsible for creating and updating menus, ordering supplies and ingredients, and training and supervising kitchen staff.
To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel. You should also have a deep understanding of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques. A degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
As this is a seasonal position, you must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. We are looking for someone who can handle the demands of a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining composure under pressure.
