Factory Line Worker

We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Factory Line Worker to join our production team in Bungoma. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring that production targets are met.

Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery on the production line according to company standards and safety guidelines
- Assemble and package products efficiently and accurately
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow production schedules and quotas to meet deadlines
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to supervisor immediately
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve processes and efficiency

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a factory or production setting preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina
- Basic math skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- Filipino nationality preferred but not required

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Bungoma, Kenya
