Web Designer
We are hiring a talented and creative Web Designer to join our dynamic team in Shan. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You must have a strong understanding of design principles, as well as experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate should also have experience with responsive web design and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with SEO and digital marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop websites that meet client’s needs and brand guidelines
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and make necessary changes
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present to clients
- Ensure website designs are mobile-responsive and optimized for different browsers
- Collaborate with developers to ensure website functionality is implemented correctly
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with responsive web design
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Strong understanding of design principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Shan (remote work may be considered)

Preference: English-speaking candidates from African countries
