Factory Machine Operator


We are seeking a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Nairobi. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery in our factory. Your main duty will be to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting quality and safety standards. We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and has previous experience operating factory machinery. This position offers a salary of 1200$ per month and does not include accommodation. Visa sponsorship is available for Indian nationals who meet the necessary requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various types of machinery in the factory
- Monitor machine operations to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently
- Perform regular maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Ensure quality control standards are met by inspecting products for defects
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while operating machinery
- Record production data such as quantities produced and machine downtime
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate production schedules

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Factory Machine Operator or similar role
- Proficient in operating various types of factory machinery
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
