The Factory Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines in a busy industrial manufacturing setting. Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various machines in the factory, including but not limited to lathes, drills, presses, and grinders
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance as needed
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in an industrial manufacturing setting preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
