We are currently recruiting for a skilled Formworker to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating temporary molds and structures used in concrete construction projects. This is a contract position with an attractive salary of 1600$ per month, along with a free visa and ticket provided by our company.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine the size and shape of forms needed
- Measure and cut materials such as wood, metal, or plastic to construct formwork
- Assemble formwork using various tools and techniques
- Install reinforcing materials such as rebar or wire mesh within the forms
- Pour concrete into the forms and ensure it is level and free of air pockets
- Remove forms once the concrete has cured
- Repair or modify existing forms as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Proficient in reading blueprints and construction plans
- Familiarity with various tools used in formwork construction
- Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding environments
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills, able to follow instructions from supervisors
