Experienced Barista - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait

We are a busy cafe located in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait and we are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service by taking orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month, along with free visa and ticket.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and latte art skills
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with customers
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have good English language skills

Responsibilities:
- Prepare hot and cold beverages according to our menu specifications
- Ensure quality control by following proper recipes and measurements
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Take orders from customers using our POS system
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the cafe at all times
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow health code guidelines for food handling
- Assist with opening or closing duties as assigned
