Architectural Technologist
We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting architects with the technical design and construction of buildings. Your main duties will include creating detailed drawings and models, analyzing building codes and regulations, and collaborating with other team members to ensure project success.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of architectural principles and building materials, as well as experience working with CAD software. A degree in architecture or a related field is preferred, along with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
This position offers a salary of 1100$ per month, along with accommodation provided by the company. We welcome applicants from all nationalities, but proficiency in English is required for effective communication within our international team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist architects with technical design tasks such as creating detailed drawings and models
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with other team members including engineers, contractors, and clients
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress
- Use CAD software to produce accurate designs and plans
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and building materials
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
