Architecture Manager


We are currently hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Atlanta. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from conceptualization to construction. You will lead a team of architects and designers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout all stages of the project.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that meet their needs.
- Oversee the development of detailed architectural plans, including construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure that all projects comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure that designs are being implemented correctly.
- Work closely with contractors and subcontractors to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction phase.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and new materials to enhance design processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an architect with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and team members.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this contract position. This is an urgent job opening for candidates who meet the qualifications listed above.
