Maintenance Technician (Handyman)
City: Hawalli, Kuwait
Salary: $1000 per month

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with the property manager to ensure that all buildings and facilities are well-maintained and in good working condition. This is a full-time position, and we are specifically looking to hire Indian candidates who have experience in handyman work.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs
- Respond promptly to tenant requests for repairs or maintenance issues
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any potential issues or hazards
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Order necessary supplies and equipment for maintenance projects
- Assist with landscaping and groundskeeping duties as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in handyman work or general maintenance
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools
- Ability to follow safety procedures and use protective gear when necessary
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following:
- Biometric passport
- Previous experience working in Kuwait or the Middle East
- Fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages
