Land Surveyor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to determine precise locations, elevations, and boundaries of land or other features. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in surveying tools and software.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to identify land boundaries and determine precise locations
- Use surveying tools such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Analyze data from surveys to create maps, reports, and drawings
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all surveying work
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on construction projects
- Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed on job sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in surveying software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills in English

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this full-time position. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.

Location:
This position is based in Beer-Sheva but may require travel to different job sites within Israel. Applicants must have valid work authorization in Egypt.
