We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Teamlead to join our fast-paced and dynamic team in Jerusalem. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of English-speaking employees. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of English-speaking employees
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Provide training and support to team members to ensure high-quality work
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Communicate with clients in English to address any concerns or issues
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in recruitment process for new team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Teamlead
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience working with international clients is preferred
