Administrator - Jerusalem
We are searching for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Jerusalem. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, maintaining records and databases, and providing administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Assist with budget management and financial reporting
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in recordkeeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
- Valid work permit or residency status in Israel
