Floral Designer



Our flower shop in Kaunas is seeking a talented and experienced Floral Designer to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Design and create unique floral arrangements using a variety of flowers, foliage, and other decorative elements
- Ensure that all arrangements are completed on time and meet the client's expectations
- Maintain inventory of flowers, vases, and other supplies
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design
- Assist with general shop duties such as cleaning and organizing work space

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Excellent design skills with an eye for detail and creativity
- Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a flower shop or event planning company
- Certification or degree in Floral Design or related field
- Ability to speak multiple languages (Indian languages preferred)
