- Escalate issues as necessary to higher-level support or other departments
- Document all client interactions and resolutions in our system
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and updates
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Proven experience working as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and network connectivity
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Customer-oriented attitude with good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)
