Seasonal Restaurant Manager in Muharraq, Bahrain
As a seasonal Restaurant Manager in Muharraq, Bahrain, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant during the peak season. This position does not require prior experience and does not include accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including food preparation, service, and inventory management
- Train and manage staff to ensure high-quality service and efficient operations
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction with excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for staff and customers according to health and safety standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Proven experience in the food industry or customer service role is a plus but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and customers
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed during peak season
Salary:
The salary for this seasonal position is 1600$ per month.
