Caregiver for Elderly Malayalee Residents in Clairvaux



We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to provide care and support to our elderly Malayalee residents in Clairvaux. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with the elderly, particularly with those from the Malayalee community. This is a part-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication as prescribed by their doctor
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals for residents based on their dietary needs
- Engage residents in social activities and exercises to promote physical and mental well-being
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as a caregiver, preferably with elderly individuals from the Malayalee community
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively in Malayalam (English proficiency not required)
- Valid biometric passport (or willingness to obtain one)
- Physically able to assist residents with mobility and other tasks as needed

Salary: $1100 per month

City: Clairvaux (accommodation provided)
