We are in search of an experienced Baker to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods and pastries that will delight our customers. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Ensure proper baking times and temperatures are followed
- Decorate and garnish products as needed
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Clean and maintain baking equipment and work area
- Adhere to food safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Baker
- Knowledge of different types of doughs, fillings, icings, and decorations
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time-management skills to ensure products are ready for sale on time
- Good communication skills in English (Malayalee preferred)
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
