Concierge Assistant



We are seeking a friendly and organized Concierge Assistant to join our team in Sheduva. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the head concierge with daily tasks and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, and other activities
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with luggage handling and room deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk area
- Keep track of daily events, weather updates, and transportation schedules
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experience

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- No English language skills required
- No previous experience necessary; training will be provided
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Accommodation provided on-site
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
- Graduates welcome to apply

Salary: $1000 per month
