Loader Operator

A reputable construction company is seeking a skilled and reliable Loader Operator to join our team in Wiltz. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and transport materials on construction sites. The ideal candidate should have experience operating loaders and possess a valid biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loader to load and transport materials such as dirt, rocks, sand, and gravel
- Inspect loader before and after use to ensure it is in safe working condition
- Communicate with site supervisors to determine material needs and proper loading techniques
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure the safety of yourself and others on the job site
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Report any equipment malfunctions or repairs needed to the appropriate personnel

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating loaders in a construction setting
- Valid biometric passport
- Ability to read and understand manuals, instructions, and safety procedures in English (basic proficiency)
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as needed
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
