Finisher - Contract Position (Clairvaux, Canada)


We are currently seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team on a contract basis. As a Finisher, your main responsibility will be to ensure that the final product meets the highest standards of quality and appearance. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding, filling, and repairing imperfections
- Select and mix paints and stains to match desired colors
- Apply finishes using various techniques such as spraying, brushing, rolling, or dipping
- Inspect finished products for flaws and make necessary touch-ups or adjustments
- Maintain equipment and tools in good condition
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Finisher or similar role in the construction or manufacturing industry
- Proven knowledge of various finishing techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines

This is a contract position based in Clairvaux with a salary of $1300 per week. We welcome applications from Canadians as well as international candidates with valid working permits.
