Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager for Indian Market in Herzliya

We are a leading hotel in Herzliya, looking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales efforts in the Indian market. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other key partners in the Indian market. You will also be responsible for identifying potential new business opportunities and creating strategies to increase revenue from this market.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the hotel industry
- Proven track record of success in developing and maintaining relationships with travel agents and tour operators in the Indian market
- Strong understanding of the Indian market trends and customer preferences
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with fluency in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving targets
- Willingness to travel for business purposes

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies targeted towards the Indian market, including setting sales goals, identifying key accounts, and creating action plans to achieve targets
- Establish and maintain relationships with key partners such as travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, etc.
- Conduct regular sales calls and meetings with potential clients to promote our hotel's services and offerings
- Attend relevant trade shows and events to network with potential clients
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, client feedback, etc.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, revenue management, operations to ensure cohesive efforts towards achieving sales goals
