Merchandiser Manager


We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Merchandiser Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Merchandiser Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of product placement and display in retail stores.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to meet sales goals and drive customer engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure cohesive brand messaging
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and adjust merchandising plans accordingly
- Train and manage a team of merchandisers, providing guidance on product positioning and display techniques
- Regularly visit retail stores to evaluate the effectiveness of visual displays and make necessary adjustments
- Manage inventory levels to ensure products are well-stocked and displayed appropriately
- Analyze sales data to track performance and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in merchandising, preferably in the retail industry
- Experience managing a team of merchandisers is preferred
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
