Preservation Architect for Restoration Projects in Washington, Canada
As a Preservation Architect for our restoration projects in Washington, Canada, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures. Your role will involve conducting research, developing plans and designs, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and overseeing the implementation of restoration projects. You will work closely with local authorities and community stakeholders to ensure that the preservation of these buildings aligns with their historical significance.
To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in architecture or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in historic preservation projects. You must have strong knowledge of building materials, techniques, and codes related to historic structures. Excellent communication skills are also essential as you will be working with various stakeholders throughout the project.
