We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager for our bustling establishment in Herzliya. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations including customer service, staff management, inventory control, and financial management. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant while maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in restaurant management, be fluent in English, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations including customer service, staff management, inventory control, and financial management
- Train and manage front-of-house and back-of-house staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor food quality and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create staff schedules and handle payroll responsibilities
- Collaborate with the chef to develop new menu items and specials
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor sales performance and make necessary adjustments to meet revenue goals
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related role
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
