Floral Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and other special events. Your main duties will include designing, arranging, and maintaining fresh flower displays, as well as providing exceptional customer service to clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- No English language skills required
- Must have experience in floral design or a related field
- Ability to work full-time with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel

Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to determine their floral needs and preferences
- Design and create custom floral arrangements using various types of flowers and greenery
- Purchase flowers from suppliers while adhering to budget constraints
- Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers by watering, pruning, and arranging them appropriately
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients
- Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful execution of events

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in floral design or related field
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
- Strong creativity and artistic ability
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their care instructions, and how they complement each other in arrangements
