Industrial Architect


As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures, ensuring they meet the functional and aesthetic needs of clients. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to create efficient and innovative industrial spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Develop designs that are functional, safe, and visually appealing for industrial buildings
- Create detailed plans and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Work with contractors to ensure designs are accurately implemented on site
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and make any necessary adjustments
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in materials and technology
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide cost estimates for projects
- Ensure projects meet building codes, zoning laws, and other legal requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect or in a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong technical skills in structural design and building systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members, clients, engineers, etc.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proven track record of successfully completed projects

Salary:
This full-time position offers a salary of $1000 per month. Accommodation is provided for those who prefer it.

Location:
This position is located in Beer-Sheva, a vibrant city in southern Israel known for its high-tech industry. It is home to many historic sites as well as modern developments.
