We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate and detailed surveys of land areas to determine boundaries, elevations, and other topographical features. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using surveying equipment and software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct land surveys using various techniques such as GPS, total station, and laser scanning
- Analyze survey data to create detailed maps, reports, and drawings
- Determine property boundaries, easements, and other legal descriptions of land
- Calculate elevations, angles, distances, and other measurements using advanced surveying equipment
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate data collection for project planning and development
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper calibration
- Adhere to safety protocols while conducting surveys on construction sites or in remote locations

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, laser scanners
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar software for creating maps and drawings
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Filipino candidates preferred)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
