Job Title: Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine (Balzers, Liechtenstein)



We are hiring an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury resort in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation and presentation, and managing the kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian cuisine and a passion for creating innovative dishes that showcase the flavors of India.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and plan menus featuring authentic Indian dishes
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high quality standards are consistently met
- Train and manage kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and sanitation practices
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Adhere to budget guidelines and monitor costs to maintain profitability
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into menu offerings
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end establishment
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing unique dishes
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a seasonal job open to all nationalities. No English proficiency is required but candidates must have strong culinary skills in Indian cuisine.
