Collections Specialist

As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting payments from customers and resolving any outstanding issues related to their accounts. You will utilize your excellent communication skills to contact customers and negotiate payment plans, while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data will be crucial in identifying delinquent accounts and implementing effective collection strategies. This role requires proficiency in English and prior experience in collections or customer service. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ per month, with accommodation provided in the beautiful city of Dubrovnik. Freshers with a strong interest in finance are welcome to apply. Preference will be given to Malayalee candidates.
