We are hiring an organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team in Dukhan City, Pakistan. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for performing administrative and clerical tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Prepare and process documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and reports
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Monitor office equipment and request repairs or replacements as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Urdu preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1100$ per month inclusive of accommodation.
Valid biometric passport required.
