Office Clerk - English speaking
We are searching for an Office Clerk to join our team in Dukhan. As an English speaking office clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient daily operations of the office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$, perfect for foreigners looking to gain experience in Qatar.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office tasks such as answering phones, taking messages, and organizing documents
- Maintain files and records accurately
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the team
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Proven work experience as an office clerk or similar role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
