Construction Project Manager


We are hiring a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Albena, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects within budget and on schedule. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, from planning and design to execution and completion. You will also be responsible for managing a team of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring that all work is done according to safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Oversee all construction activities and ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Manage a team of contractors and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates on project progress
- Identify potential issues or delays and develop solutions to keep the project on track
- Review contracts, change orders, and other project documents for accuracy
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns or issues that arise
- Prepare reports on project status, including budget updates, timelines, and any issues encountered

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Effective communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Proven track record of completing projects within budget and on schedule
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Experience working in Albena or Egypt is preferred

Salary: 1400$ per month.
