Construction Manager (Jerusalem)



A reputable construction company in Jerusalem is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects. As a Construction Manager, your main responsibility will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and execute project plans and schedules
- Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure they meet project requirements
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project budget and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget constraints
- Maintain relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Experience working with international teams is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.
