We are a construction company based in Siauliai and we are seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and smoothing them
- Measure and mix materials according to specific ratios
- Apply coats of plaster using trowels, brushes, or spray guns
- Smooth out imperfections and create an even surface
- Install corner beads and other reinforcement materials
- Create decorative finishes such as stucco or textured patterns
- Ensure that work area is clean and free of debris after completing the job

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Plasterer
- Experience working with various types of plaster materials
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy materials for extended periods of time
- Biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)
- English speaking skills (preferred but not required)
