Plasterer Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled Plasterer Technician to join our team in Siauliai. As a Plasterer Technician, you will be responsible for applying and smoothing plaster to walls and ceilings, creating a smooth and even surface for painting or wallpapering. This job is suitable for men who are physically fit and have excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and removing old paint or wallpaper
- Mix plaster ingredients according to specific ratios
- Apply plaster onto walls and ceilings using various techniques such as troweling, spraying, or stuccoing
- Smooth out plaster to create an even surface
- Create decorative finishes such as textured patterns or designs
- Repair cracks or holes in existing plaster surfaces
- Ensure proper adhesion of plaster by applying bonding agents
- Clean up work area after completing job

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Plasterer Technician is preferred but not required
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in plastering, such as trowels, floats, and mixers

Salary: $1000 per month
