As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for drawing blood samples from patients and ensuring their safe and accurate collection. No experience is required for this position, as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and identify patients to confirm their identity and purpose of visit
- Explain procedures and answer any questions or concerns from patients
- Sterilize equipment and prepare necessary supplies for blood collection
- Comfortably and accurately draw blood samples from patients of all ages
- Label and properly store collected samples for laboratory testing
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control guidelines

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred (open to all nationalities)
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and compassionate demeanor
- Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Benefits:
